Where do the clothes go to?

The clothes are shipped to poorer regions of the world and sold at an affordable price to cover the running costs of collecting, processing, sorting and shipping of the clothing.

Which areas do you cover?

We have the ability to operate a nationwide service.

How much does your service cost to us?

Our service does not cost you anything to participate

How often can you collect?

We can collect as often as required (subject to amount of sacks)

We do not have a lot of storage space.

If storage is an issue, we will organise regular collections so not to take up your valuable space.

When do you collect?

We collect Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. By special arrangement we can collect on a Saturday in the Greater Manchester area only.

Can we pack the clothes in any kind of sacks?

Please use our provided sacks.

My sacks were not collected.

Does collection cost anything?

We do not charge for collection.

How much do you pay the charities?

We pay our charity partners £400 a tonne, in comparison other companies, door to door clothing collectors only pay charities an average of £90 a tonne.

Why is recycling clothing important?

It prevents millions of garments going to landfill, provides jobs and creates affordable re-wearable clothing for poorer nations.
